Branch Manager

We are currently conducting a search to identify an Operations and Branch management expert for our client, a reputed Bank in the UAE.

Reporting to the GM the jobholder will control, organize and manage the entire branch including credit, operations, marketing and business development His core responsibilities will be to:

Maintain an acceptable portfolio quality, minimize credit loses, effective remedial management and credit recoveries.
Train and develop staff, oversee career development and ensure availability of trained back-up staff for all positions.
Ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
Ensure guidelines by Head Office and regulatory authorities are strictly followed.

You will be an answer to our search if you have minimum 8-10 years hands-on experience in branch management of a Bank of which at least 5 years should have been in the UAE. Preference will be given to Native Arabic speakers.
